برناسا قرية بترونية تقع على علو 850 متراً بين مار ماما البترونية وميفوق في بلاد جبيل. كانت قرية عامرة أعطت نساكاً تحدث عنهم الدويهي، لكن اهلها هجروها منذ نحو 200 سنة وأصبحت ملك دير سيدة ميفوق. عام 2000 أعاد الأب جوزف الدكاش الراهب اللبناني نفض غبار الأيام واعاد ترميم كنيسة ودير مار جرجس فيها.
Bernesah is a village at 850 meters elevation between Mar Mama (Batroun) and Mayfouk in the Byblos region. It was once inhabited and known for its ascetics. The village was abandoned 200 years ago and came under the ownership of Our Lady of Mayfouk. In 2000, the residents in Mayfoukwith the help of Father Joseph Daccache, restored the monastery and church of St. George.
